You can not eradicate people because of deafness, nor can you because of a disibility. Effectively, people can "choose" their children- pick one that has every chromozone intact. What happened to just having children naturally, or if using IVF treatment, being delighted you had conceived? Now people can analyse their unborn children and decide whether they "want" them or not.
